Normally we provide our customers with free samples but only a small part of them. With samples, you can check the quality of the product by looking, touching and smelling it. For example, if you want to purchase soft play equipment and you want the sample of it. We will provide a small part of raw materials such as pvc/pu leather, sponge or plywood as samples to confirm the quality to our customers. You can judge the quality of a product by feeling it for yourself to see if the material is soft and smooth.

Of course, there are exceptions. For example, when the product you want is to be customized, we will need to charge a certain sample fee to pay for the labor cost.
